1-Mobile waste collection center is manufactured according to the front dimensions of 3310x1150x2010mm according to the attached technical drawing.
2- The chassis and body parts of the mobile waste collection center will be demounted.

5- Body sheet of the Mobile Waste Retrieval Center container will be made of galvanized sheet in accordance with 1.5mm standards in accordance with TS EN 10346 Standard, impact and environmental protection protection will be increased with electrostatic oven paint.
6- The chassis and other welding places of the Mobile Waste Retrieval Center will be welded with gas metal arc welding technology as a cleaner. There should be 2 water drainage holes on the floor of the waste collection center near the doors at the rear corners. Wear with rubber plugs through these slots.

It is produced as a drum. 14-The drum covers are manufactured with an easy-to-open ball bearing system. The bearing type to be used should be a 6301-RSL bearing.
15- After guaranteeing the entire manufacturing process of the Mobile Waste Retrieval Center, the interior and exterior color to be determined by the administration will be painted with electrostatic powder paint method in order to protect its resistance to environmental conditions.
16- The external scope of the Mobile Waste Retrieval Center will be applied as stickers with the texts to be determined by the Administration and the texts requested within the scope of the "Zero Waste Project of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization".
17- In addition, our municipality logo and “Mobile Waste Retrieval Center” will be labeled with at least 1.00mm plexiglass on the front surface with carved letter cuts.
18- A print on the mobile waste collection center will be made by the design administration. They will be able to make changes in the images on the front to be supplied and in the devices used, depending on the request of the administration before the order confirmation.
19- Applications used in the system will be galvanized with at least 8.8 quality (DIN961-933), nuts (DIN 985) will be galvanized with fiber.
20-Ceiling suspended Fire Extinguisher with Sprinkler, 1 piece of 6 kg, will be installed. In cases where the temperature in the fire environment reaches 68°C (automatic explosion), the devices that need human intervention will automatically enter the command.
